To prepare our cacao for a deeper connection or meditation, begin by heating 300ml of water or preferred milk, add approximately 40-45 grams of Cacao which can be bitter so if you’d like, warming spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, chili, or a touch of allspice or clove with your water or preferred milk. Before allowing the liquid to come to a boil, take off from heat source and serve.
