Shipping Policy


We aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with full tracking every step of the way. Please read below for details on our delivery options, timeframes, and international shipping notes.

UK Shipping

  • Free Delivery: Orders of £50 net spend or more (after discounts) ship free of charge.

  • Standard Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2–3 business days). Flat rate for orders under £50.

  • Express Delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1–2 business days). Flat rate.

  • Dispatch Times: We ship Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will ship the next working day.

  • Fulfilment: While most orders ship directly from us, some may be fulfilled by Amazon warehouses. In these cases, tracking information and packaging may differ slightly, and delivery times may vary.

International Shipping

  • Service: All international orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. Once in your country, the parcel is handed to your local carrier for final delivery.

  • Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary by destination and order weight.

  • Europe: We currently do not ship to all European countries. Please check availability at checkout. We do not collect VAT or customs charges for EU deliveries; these are payable by the customer on import.

  • USA: All US orders are shipped with full tracking. VAT and customs duties are paid in advance before dispatch, so you may notice increased shipping charges to cover these costs.

  • Rest of World: Delivery times vary by country. Full tracking will be provided. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Times & Busy Periods

  • Standard UK delivery: 2–3 business days

  • Express UK delivery: 1–2 business days

  • International delivery: usually 5–10 business days, depending on location and customs clearance

  • Please note: weekends, UK bank holidays, and peak holiday seasons (e.g. Christmas) may extend delivery times, as Royal Mail and carriers experience higher demand.

Tracking

All orders are shipped with full tracking. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
