At Natures Joint Ltd, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase of our Cacao products. However, if you need to return an item, please follow the guidelines below.

If you would like to return a product, please contact us at hello@naturesjointcacao.com. Provide us with your order details and the reason for your return. We’ll review your request and guide you through the next steps.

If your order is returned to us as "undelivered" or "return to sender," the cost of reshipping will be your responsibility. We will send you a payment link to cover the reshipment fee. Once we receive the original shipment, we will promptly resend it to you.

International orders typically take 10-14 working days for delivery. However, delivery times may vary due to customs processing in the destination country, which is beyond our control.

Please note that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply once your order arrives in your country.

We are not liable for delays in the delivery of your order caused by factors outside our control, such as customs delays, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened packages. Once a food product is opened, it cannot be resold for safety and quality reasons.

EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Once we receive the returned item, we will refund the product cost and standard delivery charge, where applicable, within 14 days.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
