Each of our 16cm molinillos is individually handcrafted by Maestro Juan Alonso Rodríguez, a highly skilled Mexican artisan dedicated to preserving one of Mexico's most recognisable cacao traditions. Every molinillo is carefully turned on a wood lathe, hand-finished and uniquely detailed, making each piece one of a kind.
