Add 15g for a daily dose or 30-40g for a ceremonial dose of cacao.
Stir in optional spices or sweeteners like cinnamon, cayenne, vanilla, or honey.

Use a blender or hand frother to mix until smooth and frothy.
Ensure the cacao is fully melted and well combined with the liquid.

Add more hot water or milk if needed for consistency.
Pour into a mug and enjoy your warm, rich cacao drink.
