Sourced from the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta in Colombia, this rare Criollo cacao is grown by the Arhuaco people, who have cared for these mountains and their forests for generations. Harvested in small batches and minimally processed, it reflects both the quality of the cacao and the traditions behind its cultivation.
Enjoy it as a rich drinking cacao, or use it in baking and cooking. It melts into a smooth, full-bodied drink with subtle notes of ripe banana and deep earth. Suitable for both ceremonies and everyday use, this cacao is ethically sourced, minimally processed and made from a single origin, preserving the natural character of the bean from one of the world's most biodiverse regions.
